Return & Refund Policy

At Neemai, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All LABELS are intact

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Refund is issued as store credit ONLY

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn garments

  • Pure white and off white based dresses
  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Custom-made or altered items

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, maternity wear once used is not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at neemaifashion@gmail.com

  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you with return instructions

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and Refund will be issued as store credit ONLY

  • Store Credit will be credited to the customer account within 5–7 business days

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
