We aim to deliver your Neemai products quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed next business day

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above Rs.1500

• Shipping charges Rs.50 below order value of Rs.1500

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days

• Other locations: 5–7 business days

• Remote areas: up to 7–10 business days

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via whatsapp/email

• You can track your order using the provided tracking link. Copy the tracking number and put it in the tracking link provided :)

5. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Logistics issues

• High demand periods

Neemai is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

6. Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate

• Neemai is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
