We have 14 days return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping charges must be self-paid.
In case of any damage, we resolve it through exchange or refund. Any defect should be brought to Neemai’s attention within 2 days of delivery of the products.
